SHIPPING

At the moment, we offer flat rate shipping with either USPS Priority or FedEx.

• Domestic Ground (Lower 48): $10 

• Domestic Ground (Alaska & Hawaii): $20

• Domestic 2-day: $40

• Domestic Next Day: $60

• USPS Priority (Canada): $30

Once your item has been shipped we will send an email with the tracking number for your package. We are usually able to get orders in the mail on the same day we receive them. Orders placed after 4:00 PM PST may go out next day. Orders placed between 4:00 PM Friday and 11:59 PM PST Sunday will be shipped the following Monday morning. 

• Winn Perry is not responsible for customs fees or taxes incurred from importing goods.

• Products containing liquids may not be shipped internationally.

RETURNS

Something didn't fit or just changed your mind? We are happy to accept returns for exchange or refund within 30 days of your order. Just send an email to sales@winnperry.com to receive a return authorization number. Items must be received at Winn Perry within 14 days of return authorization. Returned merchandise must be free from wear, stains, odor or any condition that would prevent them from being sold as new and include all original packaging. Refunds are credited to the original form of payment.

Customers are responsible for return shipping & customs charges. Winn Perry does not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation of returned packages lost in transit without proof of delivery to Winn Perry.

If there is ever an issue with an item due to damage in transit or manufacturer's defect, please contact sales@winnperry.com with a detailed picture and description. Winn Perry will issue a return shipping label for your item to be sent for repair or replacement.

All sales are final on clearance items or items sold "AS IS".
